Orbit helps couples and close friends stay connected across distance — with a shared globe,
daily ritual, trail of moments, and reunion countdowns. If something isn’t working, we’re here.

We typically respond within 2–3 business days. Include your device model, iOS version,
and a short description of the issue (screenshots help).
Common questions
- Sign in issues — Try “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen, or sign in with Apple if you used that method.
- Invite links — Make sure you have the latest app version from the App Store. Open the invite link in Safari or Messages.
- Notifications — iPhone Settings → Orbit → Notifications → allow alerts. Check quiet hours in Orbit Settings.
- Location / globe — Enable location sharing per person in their profile if you want city-level presence on the globe.
- Delete account — Settings → Account → delete account (permanent).
